Sang Choy Bao

Ingredient
Iceberg Lettuce
Carrot
Celery
Onion
Shitake Mushroom
Beans
Bok Choy
Ginger
Garlic
Chinese Shallots
Chilli
Soy

Method
1. Fry Ginger garlic and Onion
2. Followed by Beans, celery, Mushroom
3. Add in some sugar
4. Shao Xing Wine
5. Oyster Sauce
6. Light Soy for flavour and some sesame oil
7. Add in Bok Choy, Carrot, Shallot
