Method
1. Fry Ginger garlic and Onion
2. Followed by Beans, celery, Mushroom
3. Add in some sugar
4. Shao Xing Wine
5. Oyster Sauce
6. Light Soy for flavour and some sesame oil
7. Add in Bok Choy, Carrot, Shallot
